What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also pay for your order via PayPal.

To change your payment details in your account, you have to login first. Go to 'My account' and then to "Payment details". Here you can enter your preferred payment method.

Do you store my card details?

We don't! We use a service called Stripe that stores your details independently from us. They've been certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1 – the most stringent level of security certification available in the payments industry, so your details are secure as can be!

When do you take payments?

We take payment only on the morning of the delivery day.

My automatic payments failed. What should I do?

When two automatic payments fail, the deliveries will stop and will only continue once the open payments are completed. You will get a notification in your account and via email when payment is unsuccessful. Check your payment details and check your bank account. We will try to process the charge again after a couple of days. For more information, please get in touch.
