How will I know what kind of bloom I'm going to receive?

You won't! We know this could feel a bit odd. But, we dare you to try. We don't feel flowers should be repetitious. We select the flowers for you! It's an ongoing journey, and we're here to find and choose the best of what's available. We spend much time curating what goes in each box; we want you to explore with us.

How many flowers do I receive?

We pack the box full of as many beautiful blooms as we can fit; we love delicate miniature flowers, foliage, and sticks, as well as big blooms. The flowers we choose are sought out for their elegance and unusual nature, not just to give a big splodge of colour. As a result, our flowers will merge with the vibrancy of your life and home.

Can I choose what's in my box?

Before putting your payment details in, there's a Customise Your Box section for you to add notes where you can tell us what flowers you like and dislike or if there are colours you prefer. We will try our best to adjust our selection each week to fit your requirements, but please keep in mind that we are a small business, and at the moment, we cannot pack fully customised boxes. Please also tell us about any allergies you may have here. We want to encourage you to explore new flowers and not stick within set rules; it's an ongoing conversation.

Where are the flowers sourced?

The majority of our flowers are from Hollands famous flower auctions; we also search out to source as much from within the UK. Certain specific varieties may come from further afield if their beauty warrants; this includes locations such as Costa Rica, Thailand, Italy, and Ecuador.

How long will my flowers last?

Flowers we select will always be freshest and best of the season, ensuring that most of them will last for at least a week, especially if you follow flower care advice. However, please be aware that not all the flowers will stay the same amount of time, and some seasonal varieties might last a little less.

My flowers arrived looking a bit unhappy. What should I do?

They sleep on the way to you, so when you receive them, give them a couple of hours in fresh water, and they should perk right up.

How long do the flowers survive without water?

We pack them carefully, so they sleep for their journey, put them in water as soon as possible after arrival, you'll see them come to life within a few hours, like us they need water, drink glass yourself if you haven't today!
